FALL is here !!!!  I do not know where the summer has gone.  With fall comes falling leaves and falling temperatures.  Not in Florida, everything is still beautiful and green and the temperature is still at 90 degrees.  The only thing that I see falling--is the number of available properties for sale.  The market and available properties for sale are at the lowest they have been in years.  Also, falling is interest rates into the low 4 percent range.

Now is the time to make your purchase of that permanent home or winter second home.  Do not wait till the FALL passes you by and all of the best buys are gone.
